On September 3, the Xuan Cam Commune Trade Union (Bac Ninh Province) announced that the unit had just held a Conference to announce the Decision to establish the Trade Union of Jinye Vietnam Technology Company Limited.
Jinye Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. is located at Lot CN-02, Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Xuan Cam Commune, Bac Ninh Province, and has been granted a business certificate since December 2022, in the field of electronic components manufacturing.
After being propagandized, mobilized and guided by the Xuan Cam Commune Labor Union, 428 workers wrote voluntary applications to join the Trade Union organization. On July 24, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor issued a Decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union, appointing 7 comrades as members of the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union; admitted 428 union members (including 278 women), reaching a rate of 100% of workers participating in the organization.
The conference announced the decisions: Establishing the grassroots trade union of Jinye Vietnam Technology Company Limited; transferring the grassroots trade union and union members to the Xuan Cam Commune Trade Union for management and direction of activities.
Also at the conference, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Commune Party Committee requested the Provisional Executive Committee of the Company's grassroots Trade Union to promote its role as a representative, caretaker, and protector of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; advise the enterprise leaders to effectively implement the regimes and policies for workers; build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations for the enterprise to develop more and more.
At the same time, continue to propagate and raise awareness among employers and employees about the rights and obligations of each party in labor relations according to the provisions of law; take advantage of the guidance, guidance and support of the superior trade union to discuss and reach consensus with the company's leaders in negotiating and signing collective labor agreements; promptly grasp and resolve the difficulties and problems of employees.
