On September 24, the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor organized a training course on emulation, rewards and democratic regulations for nearly 90 union officials who are officials and civil servants of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, officials of the District and City Federations of Labor, industry unions in charge of emulation and rewards, and Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Executive Committee members of grassroots unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The training content includes implementing new documents on emulation and reward work, new and important points to note; processes and procedures for implementing emulation and reward work according to new regulations. Introducing new documents on democratic regulations; measures to effectively implement democratic regulations in the unit; the role of the Trade Union and employees in implementing democratic regulations.
Speaking at the training conference, Mr. Vo Quoc Tin - Vice Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation - requested delegates attending the training conference to uphold their sense of responsibility, attend all the topics to fully absorb the content presented by the reporters, actively exchange and discuss difficulties in practical work to share together.
The training course aims to equip and improve knowledge and professional qualifications for union officials working on emulation, rewards and democratic regulations. Provide detailed instructions on how to implement emulation, rewards and democratic regulations policies at all union levels. Improve the effectiveness of emulation, rewards and democratic regulations, build a fair and transparent evaluation mechanism and timely reward individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in emulation and implementation of democratic regulations; create motivation and encouragement for union members and workers.
