On March 15, the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) coordinated with the Department of Justice and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the Launching Ceremony of the online contest "Learning about the law on family, preventing and combating domestic violence and policies for workers" in Can Tho City in 2025.
The contestants are union members and workers in Can Tho City. Members of the Organizing Committee and the Committee for drafting the exam are not allowed to participate in the exam.
The exam time is from 7:00 a.m. on March 15, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2025. On June 27, 2025, the Organizing Committee will summarize and award prizes at the City Cultural Center Exhibition House.
The contest revolves around legal documents: Law on Marriage and Family 2014, Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence 2022, and Decree No. 76/2023/ND-CP dated November 1, 2023 of the Government.
In addition, there are documents related to workers such as the 2019 Labor Code, the 2013 Employment Law, the 2024 Trade Union Law (effective from July 1, 2025) and the 2024 Social Insurance Law (effective from July 1, 2025).
The contest is held online. Candidates take the exam directly on a computer or other electronic devices with an internet connection, answer multiple-choice questions on the software. Register to participate on the website: http://pbgdpl.cantho.gov.vn or scan the QR code with your smartphone.
The organizing committee will award 9 collective prizes, 9 individual prizes and individual secondary prizes.
