At the conference, the Can Tho City Labor Federation announced the Decisions to dissolve the Can Tho City Health Sector Trade Union, the Can Tho City Civil Servants' Trade Union, the Can Tho City Education Sector Trade Union and the Decisions to establish the Trade Union of Can Tho City Party Agencies, the Can Tho City People's Committee Trade Union, and the Can Tho City Labor Federation's Professional Committee.

The Can Tho City Labor Federation's Professional Affairs Department was established on the basis of merging the Department of Policy - Law and Labor Relations and the Department of Propaganda - Women's Affairs of the Can Tho City Labor Federation.
The conference also approved the Decisions on the appointment of the Executive Committee (EC), Standing Committee (SC), Chairman, Vice Chairman, Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of the Provisional Can Tho City Party Agencies and the Provisional Can Tho City People's Committee Trade Union, term 2025 - 2028.

To stabilize personnel work, the Can Tho City Labor Federation has transferred Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hien - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization and Inspection Department of the City Labor Federation to hold the position of Head of the Professional Department of the City Labor Federation from February 28, 2025; Transferred Ms. Le Thanh Thuy - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones to take up the position of Head of the Organization and Inspection Department of the City Labor Federation from February 28, 2025.
Transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Kieu - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Policy - Law and Labor Relations Department of the City Labor Federation to work at the City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Trade Union and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028, from February 28, 2025; Transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Hien - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Civil Servants Trade Union to the Organizing Committee - Inspection of the City Labor Federation from March 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - acknowledged and thanked the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the Education, Health Trade Unions, and Civil Servants for their many contributions to the activities of the City Labor Union in the past time.
To ensure that after the arrangement and organization of the apparatus is put into effective operation, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation hopes that the newly transferred and appointed cadres and civil servants will promote a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, courage, and determination to complete their assigned tasks well. Thereby, performing the function of representing, caring for, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, maintaining solidarity and unity based on Party regulations, State laws, working regulations, contributing to building a clean and strong unit.
For the two newly established Trade Unions, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation proposed to urgently stabilize the organization, issue working regulations, work programs, assign specific tasks to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee, term 2025 - 2028.
