Decision to establish the Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Trade Union under the Provincial Labor Federation from March 1, 2025 (including 23 units: Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Finance, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Tax Department, State Treasury, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Statistics, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Education and Training, Department of Health, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Department of Justice, Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, Provincial Social Insurance, Department of Market Management, Hung Temple Historical Site, Phu Tho Vocational College, Phu Tho Radio - Television, Provincial Party Committee).

The conference also announced the Decision to merge the Propaganda - Women's Union and the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations into the Professional Department under the Provincial Federation of Labor from March 1, 2025; decisions on mobilizing and appointing civil servants under the Provincial Federation of Labor; decision to transfer 76 grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Civil Servants' Union, the Provincial Education Trade Union and the Provincial Health Trade Union to the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Trade Union at the grassroots level from March 1, 2025.
Speaking to disseminate and assign tasks, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged, highly appreciated and respectfully thanked the contributions of the dissolved industry unions in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and union activities in the past time; at the same time, congratulated the newly established units and individuals who were transferred and appointed to hold new positions and responsibilities.
In the coming time, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor suggested: After the establishment, units should proactively develop working regulations, organize and implement work according to the new model, new organizations; assign clear tasks to people, work, responsibilities; operate more effectively and efficiently, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks in 2025 and the following years.
After receiving grassroots trade unions from the Health Sector Trade Union and the Education Sector Trade Union, the Labor Federations of districts, cities and towns must conduct specific work with the Executive Committees of the received grassroots trade unions to direct activities, avoiding interruptions due to changes in management levels. Along with that, the provincial trade unions at all levels continue to closely follow the work program to effectively implement the targets, tasks and solutions for activities in 2025.
