At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee approved the decision to admit 509 employees at the company to the Vietnam Trade Union organization, raising the total number of union members to 11,858 people, reaching a rate of about 96.56%.
The company representative believes that through practical, transparent and close-to-workers activities, the Trade Union will increasingly affirm its role, thereby attracting more volunteers to participate in the coming time.
At the same time, he informed that he will continue to closely coordinate with the Can Tho City Trade Union and the company's grassroots trade union to aim for the common goal of ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of workers; building a stable and harmonious working environment, contributing to the long-term and sustainable development of the unit.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - acknowledged and highly appreciated the past time, the Board of Directors of Lac Ty II Co., Ltd. has paid great attention and created conditions for the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
With more than 500 new union members belonging to the grassroots trade union, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation hopes that workers will be proud of the Vietnam Trade Union, comply with labor discipline, and actively participate in emulation movements to contribute to improving productivity and quality, contributing to the development of enterprises.
