On the morning of May 8, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung - Chairman of Bau Can Commune People's Committee, Gia Lai province said that the police agency is investigating and clarifying the cause of the labor accident that killed a worker.
According to initial information, at about 6 am on May 7, Mr. Ro Mah J. (born in 1992, residing in Ia Dom commune, Gia Lai province) was a worker of Chanh Tay Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (Binh Giao village, Bau Can commune) working at the factory.
During the working process, Mr. J. was unfortunately swept inside by a rubber mill, leading to death.
After the accident occurred, leaders of Chanh Tay Gia Lai Joint Stock Company went to the police to report the incident.
According to camera images recorded at the scene, at the time Mr. J. had a labor accident while putting rubber latex into a grinder for processing.
Local authorities have come to encourage and visit the victim's family.
