Tomorrow (April 29), at the Cao Bang Provincial Convention Center, the Provincial Occupational Safety and Health Council in coordination with the Labor Federation will organize the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
At the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee deployed many key contents such as launching Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026; business representatives spoke in response; signing commitments to implement occupational safety and health work.
Commending outstanding union members and workers; giving gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and supporting cases of labor accidents.
Throughout the activities, Cao Bang province emphasized the requirement to continue to improve the effectiveness of occupational safety and health, and strengthen care for the material and spiritual lives of workers, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
Within the framework of the program, the Provincial Labor Federation will launch the online contest "Each union member - an initiative for labor safety and hygiene" in 2026.
At the same time, introducing and advising on the implementation of electronic labor contracts according to Government regulations, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the labor sector.
In addition, many practical activities towards workers were organized such as: giving 50 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; giving 4 support gifts to union members who suffered labor accidents; distributing 250 free car oil change vouchers.
The program will organize health check-ups, counseling and free medicine distribution to guide safe driving; counseling and answering social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies; supporting the installation of the VssID application; job counseling and providing information about electronic labor contracts.
The launching ceremony is considered a practical activity, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, businesses and workers in occupational safety and health.
Along with that is the affirmation of the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, towards building a safe and sustainable working environment.
