The training conference was attended by leaders of the Education Trade Union, the City Health Trade Union, the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks Trade Union; representatives of the Executive Board of grassroots trade unions of enterprises under the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks Trade Union; representatives of the Executive Board of grassroots trade unions of enterprises under the City Labor Federation.
At the conference, the City Labor Federation and the Da Nang City branch of the Social Policy Bank provided guidance on loan program operations to officials and civil servants at the district and commune levels.
The representative of the Social Policy Bank branch in Da Nang city conveyed some contents related to lending guidance to union members who are cadres, civil servants, part-time workers, and workers.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 33/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 30, 2024 regulating the entrustment of city budget capital through branches of the Social Policy Bank for lending.
Accordingly, for officials and civil servants at district and commune levels, the subjects eligible for loans are union members in difficult circumstances who are officials and civil servants of districts and towns; officials and civil servants of wards and communes; part-time workers of wards and communes; people with indefinite-term labor contracts working in agencies and units at district and commune levels with grassroots unions under the district and town Labor Federations.
