News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on April 14th said: The Da Nang City Labor Federation in coordination with the City Social Insurance organized propaganda on social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), and unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies for nearly 200 union members and workers of Vina CTR Co., Ltd. (Tam Thang Industrial Park).
Attending were comrade Nguyen Ky Vinh, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks, Da Nang City Labor Federation; Ms. Duong Thi Kim Khanh, Deputy Director of Ban Thach Grassroots Social Insurance, and also a speaker at the conference.
This is the 5th policy propaganda class directly implemented by the Da Nang City Labor Federation at enterprises. Bringing propaganda content to workplaces not only saves time for workers but also improves the effectiveness of accessing social security policies.
Instead of presenting it broadly, the content was chosen by the speaker according to the issues that workers are most concerned about, from sick leave benefits, maternity benefits to unemployment benefits.
Many specific situations arising during the working process are analyzed, helping workers clearly visualize their rights in each case.
In the direct exchange, many workers boldly raised questions related to the process of paying and enjoying insurance, procedures for resolving regimes as well as practical problems at enterprises.
Frank dialogue and immediate answers at the conference not only remove concerns but also help workers understand correctly and fully, thereby being more proactive in participating in and enjoying insurance policies.
Propaganda activities at enterprises continue to show the effectiveness of the coordination between trade union organizations and social insurance agencies in bringing policies closer to workers, contributing to building stable, harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
