On July 1st, An Hai Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Nam Chau Assembly Hall Joint Stock Company, continue to expand the trade union organization in the area and gather workers into the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
According to the announced decision, the grassroots Trade Union of Nam Chau Assembly Hall Joint Stock Company was established, the Executive Committee included 3 members, and Mr. Pham Van Tuyen was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
The Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consists of 3 members, Mr. and Mrs. Dao Kim Nhung were appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Duc Tinh - Chairman of An Hai Ward Trade Union, congratulated the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and all union members of Nam Chau Assembly Hall Joint Stock Company.
Mr. Tinh emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions not only contributes to protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers but also creates a bridge between workers and businesses, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Mr. Do Duc Tinh requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon develop operating regulations and work programs suitable to the actual situation of the enterprise; actively propagate and mobilize union members to well comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State, and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the same time, promoting the role of representing and caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, effectively organizing patriotic emulation movements and cultural, artistic, and sports activities, contributing to building sustainable business development.
It is known that this is the 7th unit established by An Hai Ward Trade Union in 2026 and is continuing to strive to complete the target assigned by the City Labor Federation.
