Delegates focused on giving comments on issues related to Articles 25, 26, 27 and 28 of Chapter 4 of the Trade Union Charter; Chapter 5 related to financial issues of the Regulations on the organization and operation of grassroots trade unions.
Previously, in the introduction, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh - Member of the City Party Committee, Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation - requested the delegates to give serious comments, focusing on shortcomings and difficulties.
