Establishing 3 Party Committees, 12 subordinate Party cells
On the afternoon of February 26, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor announced the decision to establish 3 Party Committees and 12 subordinate Party cells. At the same time, appoint members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee, Secretaries, and Deputy Secretaries of each Party cell and Party cell; decide to establish 4 advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee of the General Confederation.
Comrade Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front attended.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Party Committee Secretary, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor congratulated the newly established Party Committees and affiliated Party cells; congratulated the comrades appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the affiliated Party Committees and Party cells.
"I firmly believe that the assigned comrades will continue to promote their experience, capacity, prestige, solidarity, unity, proactiveness, creativity, promote their core political role, lead the Party Committee and Party Cell to excellently complete the assigned political tasks" - comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang expressed.
According to the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, to ensure smooth and effective operations, immediately after this conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Confederation requests that the Secretaries and Party committees of affiliated Party organizations, based on their functions and tasks, urgently perfect the work of cadres; develop working regulations and start working immediately according to regulations, not leaving "spaces" in leadership and direction.
Pay attention to comprehensive leadership, political and ideological tasks, take general responsibility for all activities of your Party Committee and Party cell; do a good job of ideological and organizational work in the process of streamlining the apparatus, especially pay attention to solving problems related to policies and cadres. Grasp the situation, proactively resolve according to authority or report to competent authorities to promptly resolve problems and arising issues.
In addition, Party committees and Party cells need to thoroughly grasp the contents of Directive 35 of the Politburo, the directives and instructions of the Party Committees, the Central Inspection Committee, the Central Office and the instructions of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and Central organizations to carefully prepare the contents of documents and personnel, successfully organize Party Congresses and Party cells at their level, ensuring progress and quality. After the Congress, we must truly affirm and further enhance the leadership and direction role of our agencies and units in fulfilling their political tasks well.
In developing, discussing, and contributing opinions to build the content of documents, it is necessary to focus on extremely practical and specific contents associated with the political tasks of each unit, associated with the political tasks of the Trade Union organization, and to contribute more deeply and widely to the process of building and developing the country and the nation in 2025 and the following years, bringing our country firmly into the new era, building a prosperous and happy country, towards the goal of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the country.
Effectively implement the 2024 Trade Union Law
Emphasizing that the big journey always starts with small steps, big goals always start with specific tasks, comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang noted that each Party Committee, Party cell, Party Committee and Party member of the Vietnam General Confederation Party Committee needs to be aware of and worry about what they need to do and how to contribute to the development of the Party organization, agencies and units, thereby spreading and encouraging union members and workers to strive to promote initiatives, creativity, contribute efforts, and contribute to the successful implementation of the growth target of over 8% of 2025 set by the Government and the National Assembly. Along with that, it is necessary to study and thoroughly grasp, issue action plans and programs to effectively implement the Party's Resolutions and Directives, especially Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Resolutely and creatively lead and direct the implementation of the contents closely following the theme of activities in 2025 of the Trade Union organization, which is "Focus on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party"; programs and projects to implement Resolution 02-NQ/TW dated June 12, 2021 of the Politburo, propagate, disseminate, and effectively implement the Trade Union Law 2024; innovate the organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Unions to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang congratulated the three honorary party members on receiving the 30-year Party membership badge; congratulated outstanding collectives and individuals in 2024 who were commended and rewarded at the conference.
