Due to the impact of the global economic recession, Tin Nghia Logistics Joint Stock Company is facing many difficulties in its business operations. However, the company's employees are not being cut, and salaries and benefits are guaranteed.
Currently, Tin Nghia Logistics Joint Stock Company, Buon Ma Thuot City (Dak Lak Province) is creating jobs for about 160 workers. Of these, 7 are ethnic minorities.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong (employee of Tin Nghia Logistics Joint Stock Company) shared that after more than 10 years working at the company, I have found that the company has very good benefits, welfare, and salary, especially caring for employees who are ethnic minorities. In the context of economic recession, the company still maintains the viewpoint of prioritizing employees to ensure quality of life and take care of families.
"Over the years, the average income of workers has continued to increase. The average income at the company ranges from 9 to 15 million VND. Thanks to that, many people have overcome difficulties and stabilized their lives," added Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong.
In addition, the company also focuses on implementing social welfare programs, solving difficulties for people in many ethnic minority villages and hamlets in the area.
For example, in 2023, the unit implemented the program "Wings of Dreams - Stepping to School" and presented 85 bicycles (worth 100,000,000 VND) to 85 students in difficult circumstances in Buon Ma Thuot city.
On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, Tin Nghia Logistics Joint Stock Company has implemented the project "Clean water for children" with a total value of 80 million VND. This project was presented to Thai Phien Primary School and Phu Vinh Primary School (Buon Ma Thuot city).
The project has helped provide clean water for students and teachers, improving living and learning conditions at school.
In September 2024, the company's leaders and employees donated 1 day's salary each to support the people in the North affected by Typhoon Yagi. The total donation amounted to about 60 million VND.

With the determination and tireless efforts of the company's leadership and staff, the unit has gradually built its brand and the trust of customers to achieve the current development."
Mr. Pham Tien Hung - Permanent Vice Chairman of Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee said that in recent times, Tin Nghia Logistics and the City Business Association have made many contributions to social security activities in the area.
"These meaningful activities have contributed to helping poor children go to school and improve the appearance of the city. Hopefully, in the coming time, the unit will accompany the local government to build a civilized and modern Buon Ma Thuot city, gradually becoming the central city of the Central Highlands region" - Mr. Pham Tien Hung added.
