Dien Bien Phu City Labor Federation plants more than 200 new Ban flower trees

Dien Bien - Dien Bien Phu City Labor Federation (LDLD) launched the "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" tree planting Tet in 2025.

On April 10, at Vo Thi Sau Park ( Noong Bua Ward), the Labor Federation of Dien Bien Phu City, Dien Bien Province held a launching ceremony for the "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" tree planting Tet in 2025, in response to Workers' Month and the emulation movement to build a green - clean - beautiful city.

Attending the launching ceremony were Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor; Hoang Van Quyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Phu City Party Committee; and a large number of union members and workers from affiliated grassroots unions.

After the launching ceremony, delegates, union members and workers participated in planting more than 200 Ban flower trees, with diameters from 5-8 cm (64 trees in Vo Thi Sau Park).

All funds are contributed by grassroots unions under the Dien Bien Phu City Labor Federation.

Mr. Quang Van Truong - Chairman of the Dien Bien Phu City Labor Federation - said: "Tree planting Tet is a meaningful activity to commemorate the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh. Contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of union members and workers in environmental protection, responding to climate change, building a green - safe - healthy living environment".

On this occasion, the Dien Bien Phu City Labor Federation presented 10 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025.
