On May 27, at the Hall of the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation, the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd.
At the conference, representatives of the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union announced the decisions of the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation on recognizing union members; establishing the grassroots Trade Union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd.; recognizing the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and grassroots Trade Union titles of term I, term 2026 - 2030.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi My Le - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union, said that the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd. is an important milestone in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
In the trend of green urban development, the appearance of the Let's Go Gia Lai mini electric taxi brand is in line with the orientation of environmentally friendly transportation. Trade union organizations will become a common home for workers to be listened to, shared and protect their legitimate rights.
Building civilized and friendly electric vehicle services
The Chairman of the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union soon stabilize the organization, build regulations to coordinate with the Board of Directors; pay attention to caring for the lives, insurance regimes, and labor safety of workers, especially drivers and service staff.
In addition, the trade union is interested in proactively launching practical emulation movements such as "Safe Driving", "Civilized and Friendly Service", contributing to building a professional and reputable Let's Go Gia Lai brand.
Representing the business, Mr. Le Xuan Quang - Director of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd. committed to creating favorable conditions for the trade union organization to operate effectively, accompany the development of the business and better care for the lives of workers.
Receiving the task at the conference, Ms. Le Thi Hong - Vice Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd. said that she will work with the Executive Committee to build a united and positive working environment; listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers and promote the role of a bridge between workers and businesses.

According to the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union, in response to the "Peak Month for developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions" associated with Workers' Month 2026 and celebrating the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031, the unit has actively approached businesses, propagated, and mobilized for union member development.
In May alone, the Ward Trade Union established 5 grassroots trade unions, admitted 165 union members in Thong Nhat ward and Ia Hrung, Ia Grai, Gao communes, exceeding the target assigned by the Provincial Labor Federation.
