Continue to be a support for the family
The Trade Union encouraged Mr. Khoi to continue to maintain his will and optimistic spirit to overcome difficulties, stabilize his life and continue to be a support for his family.
Receiving attention from the Trade Union organization right at his home, Mr. Luong Trong Khoi emotionally shared: "The accident from 2010 caused my health to decline, and my family's life faced many difficulties.
Today, being visited, encouraged and given gifts of support by Trade Union officials at home, I am very touched and warm-hearted. This is a great source of spiritual encouragement for my family to have more motivation to overcome difficulties.
Immediately after the accident in 2010, the company also promptly implemented insurance regimes according to the provisions of law.
In the coming time, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union will continue to closely coordinate with the Board of Directors of the company to monitor Mr. Khoi's life situation, and at the same time create conditions to arrange jobs suitable to his actual health condition so that he can feel secure in working and production.
Previously, at the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union and accompanying units including BIDV Bank Gia Lai Branch and Truong Sinh Company presented 14 gifts to union members in particularly difficult circumstances.
Each gift is worth 1.5 million VND, including 1 million VND in cash and gifts worth 500 thousand VND.
The gifts, although not of great material value, have profound spiritual significance, adding motivation for union members to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
