In which, the Central Trade Union Cluster; Northern Trade Union Cluster; Southern Trade Union Cluster, Western Trade Union Cluster will be established. At each conference, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor assessed the situation of union member management, grassroots union activities in the past time and the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in the first 6 months of the year, the advantages and difficulties.
In particular, delegates discussed, exchanged and shared solutions to improve the effectiveness of grassroots trade union establishment, developing union members, and enhancing the strength and position of the trade union organization in the context and new situation after streamlining the apparatus.
Along with the conferences to review, evaluate and propose solutions, recently, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor has increased propaganda, mobilization, and promotion of the establishment of grassroots unions in qualified enterprises. Thereby, some positive results have been achieved.
Specifically, on July 28, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Trade Union of Alibaba evenings Media Company Limited, admitting 20 union members to the Vietnam Trade Union.
On July 27, the Trade Union of Nghi Xuan Professional Sports Garment Joint Stock Company organized the admission of 35 union members to the Trade Union. In the first 6 months of 2025, thanks to promoting propaganda and mobilization, the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union admitted 290 union members, bringing the total number of union members to 801 people.
The Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor has also directly worked and mobilized the establishment of the Trade Union of Crevence Duc Tho Company Limited located in Duc Tho commune.
Participating in the meeting were Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Department in charge of the Western Cluster Union, and leaders of Crevence Duc Tho Company Limited.
At the meeting, the leaders of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor requested the Company's Board of Directors to coordinate with the Provincial Federation of Labor to prepare conditions for establishing a Trade Union organization at the enterprise and encourage employees to write applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Thereby, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
At the end of the working session, the company's leaders agreed on the contents discussed by the working group of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the policy of establishing grassroots trade unions, the Company will create conditions for establishing a trade union organization in the coming time.
With high determination and practical actions from propaganda, mobilization, promotion of implementation, announcement of establishment, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor is showing great efforts in promoting the establishment of grassroots trade unions, developing union members, constantly enhancing the strength and position of the Ha Tinh Trade Union organization in the new situation.
