In addition to regular periodic tasks, trade union activities in the last 6 months of 2025 focus on 10 tasks.
One of those 10 tasks is to thoroughly implement the solutions in the Resolution to promote the development of union members and the establishment of grassroots unions in non-state enterprises by 2028, with a vision to 2033 to all levels of unions, striving to cover all qualified enterprises. Implement the " Peak month for developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, introducing outstanding union members to the Party" (July).
It is known that in the first 6 months of the year, specifying the theme for 2025 "Focusing on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party" and the goal of actually increasing 1.650 million union members, with the efforts of trade unions at all levels, the whole country admitted 480,616 new union members, the number of union members actually increased by 245,988 union members, reaching 14.91% of the annual target.
There are 2,369 newly established grassroots trade unions. Introduce 54,000 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of training and admission. Of which, the number of outstanding union members introduced by the union who have been admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam is 21,145 comrades.
