On June 4, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that it had organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Quan Chau International Co., Ltd.
At the program, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Quan Chau International Co., Ltd. for the term 2025 - 2030, and at the same time admitted 41 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Representatives of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and newly admitted union members; and at the same time requested the grassroots trade union to soon stabilize its organization, build operating regulations, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Quan Chau International Co., Ltd. contributes to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; strengthening the connection between businesses and employees, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
This is also a practical activity to continue developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions in non-state sector enterprises, contributing to enhancing the position and role of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the new situation.
