On May 7, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that on the afternoon of May 6, Ha Tinh Mineral and Trading Corporation (Mitraco Ha Tinh) organized a launching ceremony for Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in 2026, and at the same time honored typical workers.
Workers' Month 2026 is implemented with the theme "Vietnamese Workers - Innovation, improving labor productivity". The Action Month on OSH emphasizes the theme "Innovating management, improving the efficiency of safety work in the digital age".
Responding to the activities, Mitraco Ha Tinh is committed to continuing to care for workers' lives, striving to increase average income by at least 5%. At the same time, the unit implements many practical programs such as "Thank you workers", "Trade Union Meals", "May Dialogue", supporting "Trade Union Homes", and periodic health check-ups for workers.
In occupational safety and health, the Corporation continues to implement the motto "Safety for production - Production must ensure safety", promote the application of information technology, and mobilize employees to install the i-HaTinh application to improve safety management efficiency.
On this occasion, the Mitraco Trade Union and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chung (Lao - Viet International Port Joint Stock Company) were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The Corporation also commended 9 typical workers in 2026.
The ceremony created a lively emulation atmosphere, showing the determination of nearly 900 Mitraco Ha Tinh workers in completing production and business tasks in 2026.
