Proposing a mechanism for employees to participate in propaganda

However, besides the achieved results, this work still faces many barriers... Similarly, Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Japan Industrial Park - Hai Phong) has organized 4 propaganda sessions since the beginning of 2025. According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet, Chairman of the Trade Union, the company has more than 5,000 workers and laborers working in 3 shifts, so organizing centralized propaganda sessions is very difficult. Workers do not have time to participate in propaganda because they are busy with work, and have free time mainly for entertainment. In fact, the propaganda sessions held at the company only had about 150 employees participating. Lunch time at the company is too short (30 minutes), not enough to listen to news reports via loudspeaker systems, TV... "The grassroots union really hopes to be supported in terms of content as well as some funding to organize propaganda activities outside of working hours, propaganda on holidays" - said a representative of the Yazaki Company Limited Union.

According to the representative of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, in the coming time, the City Labor Federation will proactively exploit resources to organize propaganda activities and disseminate laws to union members and employees. In particular, increasing the application of information technology, innovating forms of propaganda, dissemination, and legal education suitable for each group of union members and employees. Along with that, replicate good models in propaganda, integrate propaganda with improving the spiritual life of employees.
