At enterprises, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation Nguyen Van Phiet acknowledged the positive results in production and business activities of units. Not only contributing to the socio-economic development of the city, enterprises also create jobs for thousands of workers (Nomura Fotranco Co., Ltd. creates jobs for nearly 1,000 workers and EverGreen Shoe Co., Ltd. creates jobs for more than 1,500 workers) with stable income and outstanding welfare regimes.
Representatives of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation affirmed that the Trade Union organization always accompanies businesses in caring for the lives of union members and workers, aiming to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. At the same time, they hope that businesses and grassroots trade unions will continue to pay attention to improving welfare regimes and improving workers' lives. From there, encourage workers to be attached for a long time, actively innovate and contribute to the development of businesses.
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival and Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day October 13, the Labor Federation allocated 3,500 gifts to employers at enterprises that well implement policies for workers. Each gift is worth 1,500,000 VND. At the same time, 18,000 Mid-Autumn gifts were given to children of union members and workers, each gift is worth 500,000 VND.
