From August 13 to 29, the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Provincial Political School to open 3 training courses on knowledge and methods of grassroots trade union activities for 147 Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of grassroots trade unions in communes, wards and towns in the province.
At the training class, grassroots trade union officials listened to a reporter from the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and a lecturer from the Provincial Political School deliver 6 topics, focusing on the main contents of the activities of the Trade Union organization.
With topics such as: Basic issues of Vietnam Trade Unions; Content and methods of operation of Trade Union Presidents; Role of Trade Unions in implementing democracy at the grassroots level; Report writing skills; Innovation in Trade Union operation methods in the new situation; Grassroots Trade Unions with the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and refuting wrong and hostile viewpoints in the new situation.
At the end of the training course, students were awarded a certificate of completion of the course program by the Provincial Political School.
This is an annual joint program of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Political School to equip union officials with basic knowledge and skills in organizing and operating at grassroots unions.
At the same time, building a team of grassroots trade union cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the tasks, contributing to the implementation of Resolution No. 02 of the Politburo on innovation of organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation and Resolution No. 03 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on "Trade union cadre work in the new situation".
