    Hoa Binh - On October 23 and 24, the Da Bac District Labor Federation organized a training course on trade union work in 2024 for 89 grassroots trade union officials.

    At the conference, delegates heard a number of contents including: Main operating methods of grassroots trade unions; General issues on workers' and trade union movements; Main operating contents of grassroots trade unions; Guidelines for implementing the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in the period of 2022 - 2026.

    The training course has helped grassroots trade union officials grasp legal regulations to apply them in practice at the grassroots level, bringing operational efficiency, gradually improving the quality of trade union activities, contributing to building increasingly strong grassroots trade union organizations.
