The An Minh District Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) reported that the family of member Phạm Hoài Hận is in great difficulty. His wife suffers from diabetes and kidney failure, requiring dialysis three times a week. He himself is a security guard with a salary of less than 3 million VND/month and has to take care of a 4-year-old child. In 2021, member Hận received support for a house from the Union Shelter, which somewhat stabilized his life but he still faces many difficulties.
Visiting and encouraging member Hận's family, Vice President of Kiên Giang Provincial Labor Federation Trang Thị Bích Ngọc said: “Supporting members is part of the campaign “Each organization, each individual associated with a humanitarian address” for the period 2024 - 2025. Today, the working group also presented 2 million VND to the member and a gift of a water filter. We hope the member will strive in his work but also take good care of his health and look after his family.”
According to the provincial LĐLĐ, the campaign “Each organization, each individual associated with a humanitarian address” aims to provide direct, timely, and practical assistance to members in difficult circumstances to help them rise in life, contributing to the effective implementation of social security policies. It aims to enhance the quality and capacity of the branch's activities, affirming and promoting the core role of the cadre and party members in humanitarian activities.
The campaign is implemented and supported towards sustainable development by the branch, mobilizing cadres, party members, and members to participate.

Striving to support at least one humanitarian address, which is a member or a member's family in difficult circumstances (the member or their relative suffering from a serious illness...), with a minimum support of 2 million VND/quarter/1 humanitarian address.
