On the afternoon of September 16, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (MTTQ) and mass organizations of Lai Chau province organized a conference to announce decisions on Party organization and personnel work.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, provincial organizations, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lai Chau province and leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended and presented the decisions.
At the conference, representatives of the Organization and Inspection Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee announced decisions on receiving and transferring 16 Party cells with 158 party members from the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies; establishing a new Specialized Party Work Cell with 8 party members.

At the same time, appoint Party Committee members, Secretaries, and Deputy Secretaries of Party cells for the term 2025-2030.
In which, the Party Cell of the Trade Union Affairs Committee includes 3 people, Mr. Luong Xuan Truong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), Chairman of the Lai Chau Provincial VGCL as Secretary.
The Conference also announced Decision No. 430/QD-TLD of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on recognizing the results of the additional election of members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and holding the position of Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial Confederation of Labor term XIV, term 2025-2030 for Mr. Ly Cong Ha - former Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council (from September 10, 2026).
Speaking to direct, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Vinh acknowledged the sense of responsibility of collectives and individuals; requested comrades who received new assignments to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Ly Cong Ha expressed his determination to continue to unite and strive with the collective of the Provincial Labor Federation to build an increasingly strong Provincial Trade Union organization.
