On January 24, the grassroots trade union of B'Laofood Co., Ltd. (Loc Son Industrial Park, Lam Dong province) said that the enterprise specializes in producing, pre-processing and exporting agricultural products.
The company has been operating since March 2023, currently providing stable jobs for 367 local workers. All workers are trade union members. Of which, nearly 50% are ethnic minorities.
Encouragingly, 100% of workers are guided and supported by the trade union to sign labor contracts, with an average income of over 10 million VND/month. Businesses do not let wage debts or social insurance debts occur.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union has negotiated with the Board of Directors of the company, signed collective labor agreements with many welfare and preferential policies for union members and workers.
Accordingly, the company increased the value of shift meals from 25,000 VND to 28,000 VND/meal; implemented bonuses for employees on holidays such as National Day (September 2nd), Southern Liberation Day, National Reunification Day (April 30th) and International Labor Day (May 1st).
Every year, workers are also rewarded with the 13th month's salary, periodic health check-ups and sightseeing and tourism at many landmarks and scenic spots.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phung - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of B'Laofood Co., Ltd. said that the trade union regularly cares for and supports union members and workers when facing difficulties, illnesses, and hardships; and at the same time organizes cultural and sports activities, exchanges, and gifts on holidays, Tet, and birthdays.
These practical activities contribute to encouraging and motivating workers to work more effectively, increasing long-term attachment to the business.
