On January 18, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuoc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Vien Son Joint Stock Company (Duc Trong commune, Lam Dong province) - said that the enterprise was established in 2006, operating in the field of agricultural product production and processing.
Currently, the company has 250 employees, 100% participating in trade union organizations, strictly complying with internal regulations and rules and actively competing in labor production.
According to Mr. Phuoc, the trade union executive committee always closely coordinates with the board of directors in improving working conditions, taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Employees are fully contracted, enjoying an average salary of about 9 million VND/month, participating in social insurance according to regulations. Salary, bonus, overtime, allowance regimes; leave, holidays, illness and policies for female workers are all implemented promptly and in accordance with the law.
In addition, the company also supports and organizes visits and gifts for union members and workers facing difficulties; maintains welfare activities such as sightseeing, tourism, picnics, and Gala Dinner on appropriate occasions to encourage and show gratitude to workers.
