To date, more than 20 workers have been supported to buy land, build houses, and pay in installments from 1 million VND/month.

However, Mr. Le Van Hoan - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union said that due to the nature of the taxi driver profession, there are frequent fluctuations. Therefore, the work of propagating and mobilizing people to join trade unions and collecting union fees and funds are still difficult.
Recognizing the results of activities, Mr. Ho Cong Duong shared the challenges that grassroots trade unions are facing. He suggested that the unit develop a plan and prepare to organize a congress for the 2025-2030 term.
