Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Labor Federation chaired the conference.
The conference heard the announcement of the decision of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023 - 2028 term.
Accordingly, after the merger and reorganization of the apparatus, the Executive Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation consists of 31 members, the Inspection Committee has 6 members.
Here, delegates discussed, developed working regulations and assigned tasks in the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028. The conference agreed to divide more than 1,000 grassroots trade unions into 9 emulation clusters and launch a patriotic emulation movement in the last 6 months of 2025.
Regarding the trade union activity program for the last 6 months of 2025, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor has proposed many practical activities, aimed at union members and workers. Accordingly, the unit reviewed and established commune and ward trade unions, improved and improved the quality of the trade union staff to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Lam Dong Provincial Trade Unions at all levels will organize congresses for the 2025-2030 term right after the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the same level.
