Lam Dong - The Provincial Lottery Company Limited Trade Union visited and presented gifts to charity establishments during the Mid-Autumn Festival with an amount of 43 million VND.

On September 29, Mr. Do Dinh Hanh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Lam Dong Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. - said that the unit had just organized a visit and gift-giving ceremony at a number of charity establishments in the province.

The working group including the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Company Management Board visited the Madagui Social Protection Center (Da Huoai Commune), Trong Duc Social Protection Facility (Duc Trong Commune) and Lam Dong Province Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

At each location, the delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts including necessities, milk and 10 million VND in cash. The total value of the gifts is 43 million VND.

According to Mr. Hanh, this is a meaningful activity to share with the unfortunate lives during the Mid-Autumn Festival, while adding motivation for charity establishments to maintain operations, contributing to ensuring social security.

The funding source is taken from the company's Charity Fund - launched by the union and voluntarily contributed monthly by cadres, union members, and workers.

This fund is also used to support the "Union Shelter" and "Love Shelter" programs, help people affected by natural disasters and fires, and award scholarships to poor students.

With the spirit of helping each other, we encourage cadres, union members, and workers to join hands to share and help those in need, for a community where no one is left behind, Mr. Hanh shared.
