Ms. Nhat said that she has been with this company for more than 15 years, every year the union and the company's Board of Directors organize parties and meet at an appropriate time. These times, in addition to parties, workers are still paid 100% of their daily shift allowances by the company.

Chairwoman of the Trade Union of DIC Da Lat Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company - Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuan - said that the unit produces unburnt tiles. The company invests in automated machinery and equipment systems, so it regularly uses only 30 workers.
The monthly salary of workers here is over 10 million VND/person. The company also supports gasoline, phone, childcare, and kindergarten fees. In 2025 shift meal allowance alone, workers will be supported with VND 30,000/meal...
According to Ms. Thuan, the union and the company's Board of Directors always coordinate well, care for and look after the workers. After the National Day holiday (September 2), the union proposed to organize this reception, each meal worth nearly 300,000 VND.
Previously, on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28), all employees received a second periodic health check-up and occupational disease check-up in 2025 right at the company...
