On November 5, the Trade Union of DamB'ri Tourism Joint Stock Company (Bao Loc Ward 2) said that the unit had successfully and well organized the 2025 - 2030 term Congress.
At the congress, delegates discussed and evaluated the results of trade union activities for the 2023-2028 term.
During the past term, the union has mobilized the admission of 61 workers to the organization, and at the same time trained and introduced 3 outstanding union members to the Party cell for consideration of Party admission. Currently, the unit has 80 union members out of a total of 84 employees.
The Trade Union coordinates with the Board of Directors to take care of workers' jobs, income and lives; participate in developing internal regulations, working regulations, grassroots democracy regulations, negotiating the signing of collective labor agreements - as a legal basis to protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
The company arranges vehicles to pick up and drop off workers every day, organizes shift meals worth VND20,000/meal, 100% of workers receive periodic health check-ups and support for training to improve their skills.
The union also organizes many activities to care for spiritual life such as giving gifts on holidays, Tet, birthdays, parties... with a total cost of more than 224 million VND; organizes camping, rewards 25 individuals and 2 groups with outstanding achievements. Thanks to that, for many consecutive years, the grassroots trade union has been assessed as having completed its tasks well.
The Congress has set out directions for the 2025 - 2030 term, including continuing to innovate the content and form of activities, better caring for union members; striving to train and introduce 2 - 4 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of admission.
The Congress also elected the new term of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union consisting of 5 members; Ms. Pham Thi Lien - Head of the restaurant and hotel management department - was elected as Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union.
