According to the assessment, the Area Group of the 2nd facility here has promptly implemented the tasks of the Provincial Trade Union, without interruption or disruption in activities. At the same time, closely following the area and facilities, guiding and supporting grassroots unions, union members and workers in a timely manner.
Accordingly, the Area Group of Fundamentals 2 reviewed and advised the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to issue a decision to rename 35 grassroots unions in accordance with the new administrative unit.
At the same time, perfect the apparatus of the executive board of grassroots trade unions and support 250 units to change, register stamps, and open accounts for operation.

Here, Permanent Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - Mr. Ho Cong Duong - highly appreciated the results of trade union activities after 2 months of operating the new organizational model.
Mr. Duong also informed about the key tasks that the Area Group 2 and grassroots trade unions need to focus on in the coming time.
In particular, grasp the situation of labor relations, unpaid wages, and social insurance debts at enterprises to advise and propose timely handling, ensuring the rights of employees.
Immediately after the merger and establishment of the new Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the unit established the second facility in the old Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces.
This solution is considered appropriate in the newly established time of the Provincial Labor Federation, and a trade union has not been established in the commune-level administrative unit. The purpose is to stabilize the organization and apparatus, not to let trade union activities be interrupted or broken.
Currently, the unit has developed a project to establish a commune, ward and special zone trade union in the province, and submitted it to the competent authority for approval.
The unit also continues to research and develop a coordination mechanism between the 2nd District Group and the commune, ward and special zone trade unions in the province in the coming time.
