Accordingly, more than 3,200 Tet gifts including cakes, candies, and bird's nest drinks were handed directly to workers right at the production workshops. The gifts were carefully prepared to encourage workers' spirits before the Lunar New Year holiday.
Right Rich International Co., Ltd. is a shoe manufacturing enterprise in Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park (Ham Kiem commune, Lam Dong province). At the same time, it is a unit with a grassroots trade union with the largest number of union members in the whole province.
Many workers expressed surprise when, in addition to Tet bonuses according to business regulations, they also received additional Tet gifts from the trade union organization.

Worker Long Thi Yen said that she did not think she would receive a gift right while working. "The gift is not large but it makes me feel very cared for and encouraged after a year of hard work," Ms. Yen shared.
According to Ms. Doan Thi My Thach, although Tet gifts are not of great value, they show the practical concern of the trade union organization for the lives of union members and workers.
