On December 8, Mr. Le Van Hien - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hai Nam Company Limited - said that the unit had organized the Hai Nam's Got Talent 2025 contest - season 2 to create a playground for workers and laborers.
Thereby, talent in singing, dancing, playing musical instruments and performing arts were discovered to foster in participating in competitions organized by the higher-level union.
The contest gathers contestants who are workers working at Hai Nam Company Limited - an export seafood processing enterprise with more than 1,600 union members.

In the selection round, 18 performances from 6 teams performed enthusiastically on stage. The Organizing Committee selected the 6 best performances for the Confrontation round.
Although their daily work is associated with the seafood processing line, the workers on stage clearly showed their passion for art.
Many modern singing, dancing and dancing performances were carefully invested in, from choreography, acting to costumes, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the competition.
In the Confrontation round, the Organizing Committee combined voting scores on Facebook and the judges' evaluation to rank and select the 3 best performances. The prizes include first prizes worth 10 million VND, second prizes worth 7 million VND, third prizes worth 5 million VND, and 3 consolation prizes worth 1 million VND/tournament.

The contest is an annual activity that shows the concern of grassroots trade unions in creating a cultural playground, improving the spiritual life of workers.
Through the programs, grassroots trade unions hope to increase worker cohesion in enterprises and encourage workers to promote their talents in addition to daily work.
