By the morning of December 1, in the Southeast region of Lam Dong province, 229/299 grassroots trade unions had completed organizing new term congresses, reaching a rate of 82%.

Many units that have achieved 100% of the grassroots trade unions under their management to complete the congress include: Ham Thang Ward Trade Union, La Gi Ward; Trade Unions of Ham Liem, Lien Huong, Ham Kiem communes and Phu Quy Special Zone.
The remaining units are slow to organize, mainly due to being in the process of merging, temporarily suspending operations or not being qualified to organize congresses.
