On March 27, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy Duong - President of the Da Lat City Labor Federation said that the unit had just launched the Trade Union of Lam Dong Automobile Trading and Service Company Limited.
At the launching ceremony, the Da Lat City Labor Federation admitted 44 workers to the Trade Union, announced the decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union and recognized the Executive Committee of 5 members.
This is the fourth grassroots trade union established in enterprises since the beginning of 2025. To date, Da Lat city has 247 grassroots unions with more than 14,000 union members, said Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy Duong.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Ngoc Phuc - Permanent Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation affirmed: "The Trade Union always stands side by side with businesses and workers".
Mr. Phuc emphasized that the new grassroots trade union needs to quickly stabilize, come into operation, build harmonious labor relations, protect the legitimate rights of workers and contribute to promoting business development.
On this occasion, the Da Lat City Labor Federation presented gifts to support 4 union members in difficult circumstances at Lam Dong Automobile Trading and Service Company Limited, each worth 500,000 VND.
