Communist unions, especially enterprise unions, coordinate with employers to properly and promptly implement salary , allowances, and bonus regimes for workers and employees.
Chairman of Duc Trong District Labor Confederation added that some production and business enterprises facing many difficulties and ceasing operations still support workers with the regional minimum wage and health insurance; Social insurance for employees.
