For enterprises with 100% state capital, the average salary is 13.64 million VND/month. For enterprises with state-controlled shares and capital contributions, the average salary is 13.83 million VND/month.
Workers in private enterprises have an average salary of 8.5 million VND/month. In foreign-invested enterprises, the average salary of workers is 8.31 million VND/month.
Regarding the expected bonus for employees on Lunar New Year At Ty - 2025, the average bonus is 6.7 million VND/person (In 2023, it is 6.92 million VND/person).
In the block of 100% state-owned enterprises, the average Tet bonus is 7.1 million VND/person. In the block of enterprises with state-controlled shares and capital contributions, the average Tet bonus is 10.23 million VND/person.
The private sector expects the average Tet bonus to be 7.46 million VND/person. For foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), the average Tet bonus will be 5.09 million VND/person.
