On January 28, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duc An commune (Lam Dong province) said that the unit had just started construction of 10 Great Solidarity houses in the commune.
This is a project to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress, and at the same time celebrate the Party and Binh Ngo Spring 2026.
Households supported in building houses this time are poor households and households in difficult circumstances in Bu N'Drung, N'Jrang Lu and Bu Boong hamlets, Duc An commune.
Each house is supported with 60.5 million VND, total cost of 605 million VND, sponsored by BIDV Bank - Dak Nong Branch through the connection of local authorities.
According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duc An commune, the housing construction support program is a major policy of the Party and State. Thereby, contributing to promoting the tradition of "mutual love", helping poor households "settle down" to "settle down", rise out of poverty, and ensure social security in the locality.
Sharing at the groundbreaking ceremony, Ms. Thi Trinh (N'Jrang Lu commune, Duc An commune) said that the family's house she is living in has deteriorated and leaked, but there are no conditions to repair or rebuild; rain and wind are humid, cold, and the weather is sunny and hot.
Being supported in building a new house helps her family stabilize their lives, bringing joy and hope for a better life.
My family is very happy and grateful to the local authorities and philanthropists," Ms. Thi Trinh shared.
