In the past term, the grassroots Trade Union of Hapaco Yen Son Co., Ltd. has clearly affirmed its role as a reliable support for union members and workers through many practical activities, linking care for life with the production and business tasks of the enterprise.
Closely following the resolutions of higher-level trade unions, grassroots trade unions proactively coordinate with the Board of Directors to effectively implement policies related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Regimes on salaries, allowances, social insurance, health insurance, and occupational safety and health are fully and promptly implemented, contributing to creating peace of mind and long-term attachment of workers to businesses.

One of the important highlights is the development and implementation of collective labor agreements with many clauses that are more beneficial to workers than general regulations.
In which, it clearly stipulates the bonus regime for holidays and Tet, policies for heavy and hazardous job positions, and support mechanisms to attract and retain skilled workers.
During the term, the trade union organized visits to nearly 355 union members when they were sick or in difficulty; supported the construction of 2 "Trade Union Shelter" houses with a total budget of 950 million VND; maintained the effectiveness of welfare programs during holidays and Tet.

Currently, the average income of employees at the company is about 9 million VND/person/month. In addition, employees are also supported with meal allowances of 25,000 VND/portion, support for sightseeing and tourism of 2.5 million VND/person/year and gasoline money of 20,000 VND/person/month. After the Lunar New Year holiday, 100% of workers and employees have returned to work.
In parallel with caring for life, labor production emulation movements are widely deployed, typically such as "Good labor, creative labor", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene", along with meaningful programs such as "Workers' Month", "Tet Sum vay", "Trade Union Meal", "Thank you workers", "Healthy leaves protect torn leaves", "Little Initiative Handbook"...
Through this, 10 initiatives and improvement ideas of union members have been recognized, contributing to improving productivity, product quality and production and business efficiency.
