On January 27, information from the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union, the unit has just coordinated with Phu Tai Food Co., Ltd. to organize the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", associated with the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the enterprise and the year-end summary of activities in 2025.
Attending the program were Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation; Standing Committee of Nghia Lo Ward Party Committee, along with representatives of local Party committees and authorities and a large number of workers and laborers.
This is a practical activity, showing the concern of trade union organizations and businesses for union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances working at Phu Tai Food Co., Ltd., Ngoi Lao Forestry One Member Co., Ltd., Chan Thinh Agricultural and Forestry Product Processing Cooperative and Van Chan Regional Health Center.
Phu Tai Food Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, operating in the field of growing, processing and exporting tea. Currently, the enterprise manages 35 hectares of production land, creating stable jobs for more than 50 local workers, with an average income of 5.5 million VND/person/month. The enterprise always fully implements regimes and policies, and builds harmonious and stable labor relations.
At the program, 85 Tet gifts with a total value of 60.2 million VND were given to workers and laborers. Although the gifts were not large, they showed timely sharing and encouragement, helping workers feel warmer when Tet approaches.
The program contributes to spreading the spirit of solidarity, affirming the role of trade union organizations in caring for the lives of union members, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in sticking together and competing in production labor.
