During the past term, the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor Party Cell has properly performed its functions and tasks, leading cadres, party members, and workers to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to direct trade union activities in participating in building a strong party, government, and trade union organization.
Therefore, 100% of the targets were achieved and exceeded the target set by the Resolution of the 10th Congress.
From there, trade unions at all levels have performed well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers, and laborers.
The cadres, party members and workers of the federation have well implemented the policies and guidelines of the State and local laws and regulations.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor Party Cell strives to build a clean, strong and comprehensive Party cell; build a team of cadres and parties with revolutionary qualities, revolutionary ethics, intelligence, and responsibility.
At the congress, the Party Cell of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor also identified key areas in the 2025 - 2030 term as focusing on improving the quality of cadres and party members; enhancing digital transformation, applying information technology in leadership, direction and activities.
The Congress announced the decision of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies to appoint the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation Party Cell for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Along with that is the decision of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies appointing delegates to attend the Party Congress of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025 - 2030 term.
As a result, Mr. Dang Dinh Chung - Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation held the position of Secretary of the Provincial Labor Federation Party Cell.
