On August 17, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots Trade Union of Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital, under the Trade Union of Truong Vinh Ward, has just organized the program "Parental Caregiver - Connecting Love", sponsoring children of union members in particularly difficult circumstances.
Baby Nguyen Hai Dang, born in 2018, is a union member's child with particularly difficult circumstances. His father passed away in 2024. His mother is currently a worker, raising two children alone and the family does not have a stable place to live.
Sharing the family's situation, the grassroots Trade Union of Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital sponsored baby Hai Dang for 2 years 2026-2027, with a total support budget of 12 million VND.
This is the 8th case to be connected and supported by the Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union through the "Parental Mother - Connecting Love" program, raising the total cost of the program to 96 million VND.
The activity contributes to sharing difficulties with union member families, and at the same time creates more support for children to have conditions to stabilize their lives, continue to study and rise up.
Through the program, the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward continues to spread practical care activities, aimed at children of union members in difficult circumstances; thereby showing the role of companionship and sharing of the Trade Union organization towards union members, workers and families.
