On August 18, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of TH Milk Joint Stock Company had just organized the handover of 60 million VND to support Mr. Le Van Duong, a union member suffering from a serious illness and with difficult family circumstances.
Mr. Le Van Duong, born in 1988, is a worker who used to be attached to the Company. Currently, he is being treated for illness while his family is facing many difficulties. Faced with the situation of union members, the Company's Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to mobilize union members and workers to join hands to support his family.
At the program, the Company's Trade Union presented 60 million VND to Mr. Duong's family. Previously, his family had been supported with 8.5 million VND. The total amount of donations and support was 68,373,456 VND.
The funding is mobilized from the contributions of the Trade Union Executive Committee, the Company's Board of Directors, and union members and employees. The collective effort shows the spirit of mutual affection and sharing with colleagues who are unfortunately facing difficulties.
The support source contributes to helping Mr. Duong's family have more conditions to cover treatment costs, reducing pressure in life. Material and spiritual encouragement is also a source of encouragement for union members during the treatment process.
The activity demonstrates the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying and caring for union members and workers when facing difficulties; and at the same time spreading the spirit of solidarity and sharing in businesses.
Through this, the Trade Union of TH Dairy Joint Stock Company continues to implement practical care activities, contributing to strengthening the connection between union members and workers with the Trade Union organization and the enterprise.
