At the ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Department of Industry and Trade of Nghe An presented the decision to establish a grassroots trade union and admitted 30/40 employees of Travel Ocop Hoang Phan Company Limited into the trade union organization.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Pham Thanh Tung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Industry and Trade congratulated the Trade Union of Travel Ocop Hoang Phan Company Limited on becoming the 37th unit to join the Trade Union of Industry and Trade of Nghe An.
At the same time, he believes that the establishment of a grassroots union is an important milestone in the company's development process, a big step forward in taking care of the material and spiritual lives of workers.

It is recommended that the Trade Union of Travel Ocop Hoang Phan Company Limited should step up propaganda and mobilization work for union members and employees to properly implement the provisions of the Labor Law, Trade Union Law and the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union.
Thanking and accepting the direction of the leaders of the Industry and Trade Union and the company leaders, Ms. To Quynh Nga - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Travel Ocop Hoang Phan Company Limited said that she will develop a plan and direction of activities of the Executive Committee in the coming time.
