2025 is the year of many major holidays and important events of the country. This is also an important year for all levels of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union in continuing to implement and concretize the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union, the Resolution of the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union, and Resolution 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo on "Innovation of organization and operation of Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union in the new situation" into the practice of trade union activities.
Following the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the orientation of a number of key tasks of Trade Union activities in 2025, all levels of Civil Servants' Trade Unions focus on performing well a number of tasks:
First, focus on implementing resolutions, programs, projects, and plans to implement the Resolution of the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union and the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union;
Action Program No. 476/CTr-CDVC, dated November 26, 2021 on implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW dated June 12, 2021 of the Politburo on "Innovation of organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation".
Next, organize and participate in organizing propaganda activities, celebrating major holidays and important events of the country. Focus on propaganda, actively participate in building and contributing opinions on documents submitted to Party congresses at all levels, the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Strong application of information technology in propaganda, mobilization and education work.
Third, study, thoroughly understand and implement the Trade Union Law (amended) and other legal documents related to the rights of union members and workers; organize the study and thorough understanding of the Charter and Guidelines for implementing the Charter of the 13th Vietnam Trade Union.
Next, deploy and organize well the activities to care for union members and workers, especially during the Lunar New Year, Workers' Month in 2025; social activities, gratitude on War Invalids and Martyrs Day July 27, major national holidays...
Fifth, focus on performing well the task of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers. Continue to innovate the participation in building and supervising the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; organize conferences of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers; promote the role of the People's Inspection Committee in each agency and unit.
Next is to innovate the form, improve the effectiveness of organizing and implementing patriotic emulation movements, campaigns to celebrate holidays, major anniversaries of the Party, the country, and party congresses at all levels.
Promote emulation to successfully complete professional tasks, especially advisory tasks and preparations for party congresses at all levels; reorganize and structure agencies and units, perfect institutions, and innovate the operations of agencies and organizations in the political system.
Develop and effectively implement the plan to organize conferences of typical advanced models at all levels of trade unions towards the 11th National Emulation Congress of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Finally, focus on building, training and fostering a team of union officials, especially grassroots union chairmen and key union officials, to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Strengthen the building of union organizations, participate in building a clean and strong Party and government.
Strengthen the work of developing union members, focusing on introducing outstanding union members for the Party to train and consider for admission. Implement the work of inspection, supervision and union finance in an orderly and effective manner.
