On June 24, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit's working delegation had a working session with the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
At the working session, the two units exchanged experiences on caring for and protecting the rights of union members, developing union members, building harmonious labor relations and promoting digital transformation in trade union activities.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation introduced 5 key models being implemented, including the "Worker Cultural Space" model, improving the operational efficiency of the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center, building "Model Grassroots Trade Unions" and strengthening Party development work among workers.
Speaking at the working session, Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - said that trade union levels in the province are strongly innovating the content and methods of operation in the direction of taking union members and workers as the center.
Concluding the working session, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - affirmed that he will continue to coordinate and share experiences with the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, especially in digital transformation, building a labor relations management ecosystem and improving the quality of grassroots trade union activities.
The working session contributed to strengthening the coordination relationship between the Thanh Hoa Trade Union organization and the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union, and at the same time created conditions for the two units to share effective models and ways of doing things in the new period.
